Order Information
Orders are shipped within 48-72 hours. Special order items usually need special time and may take longer. You will be informed of availability at the time of your purchase. Special and custom orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping and Handling
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. If shipped via USPS or UPS ground, the shipping charges are FREE! Insurance is included. Otherwise, all orders are shipped via insured UPS or Fedex Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. Orders received before 12pm EST will ship the same day if the item is in stock. Shipping times exclude weekends and holidays. Shipping prices are subject to change.
Ground Shipping: FREE, please allow 4-7 business days.
Express Shipping: $35.00, please allow 1-3 business days.
Orders over $1,000: No charge for shipping to one address.
Returns
Mrs. Jones & Co. wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. That said, purchases on orders over $200 from our inventory may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of receipt. The item(s) must be returned in exactly the same unused, unaltered, unworn and salable condition in which it was received in the original packing material, jewelry box or pouch. Shipping charges are not refunded. In order to process a return, you must email klsternberg@gmail.com to notify us and to request a return shipping authorization.
Special orders may not be canceled or returned. We reserve the right to not ship special occasion jewelry or to ask for a written confirmation indicating your commitment of a final sale during holiday periods.
